Overview
ChatBuddy is a QA playground for testing AI chatbots. We prioritize your privacy and are transparent about what what data we collect and how we use it.
Data We Do NOT Store
We do NOT store your chat conversations, messages, or any LLM outputs!
All conversations are processed in real-time and are not persisted to our servers.
Data We Do Store
- Account Information: If you sign up, we store your email address and basic account settings using Supabase Auth.
- API Keys: Your API keys are stored encrypted in your browser or in our database (if you choose to save them).
- Analytics: If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use ChatBuddy.
Third-Party Services

LLM Providers
When you use an LLM provider (like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google), your messages are sent to that provider. Each provider has its own privacy policy:
